• In-stock items: Shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation.  
• Customized products: Typically dispatched in 7-10 business days, depending on production complexity.  

Shipping Locations
Products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong studio or China-based manufacturing facility.  

Shipping Costs
All orders include standard shipping. Additional fees apply only for optional services (e.g., express shipping or doorstep delivery).  

Delivery Timelines
- Hong Kong Customers
  SF Express or Cainiao Logistics (3-5 business days).  Self-pickup at designated outlets or lockers required.

- International Customers
EMS Air Mail or equivalent carriers (7-14 business days).
