Muku Moissan Return Policy

 

3-Day Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.  

 

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at [marketing@muku-moissan.com](mailto:marketing@muku-moissan.com) to request a return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. **Note:** Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.  

 

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at [marketing@muku-moissan.com](mailto:marketing@muku-moissan.com) for resolution.  

 

Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products  
- Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)  
- Sale items or gift cards  

 

Exchanges
For the fastest service, return your original item first. Once approved, place a new order separately.  

 

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Funds will be issued via your original payment method. *Note:* Banks may require additional processing time.
